Dear Sellers,

Another busy month has quickly come and gone and we've all been hard at work! Our Tech Team is constantly working on bug fixes, new features, and overall system maintenance, so I'd like to take the time to review our weekly update process. In order to safely release these projects and updates to you each week we require a brief period of downtime. Our regular weekly updates are scheduled to occur each Tuesday night, typically running from 8pm to 10pm Pacific Time. Watch the forum and keep an eye on the top of your FillZ account for our downtime reminder messages!

Do you currently have TextbookRus, Valore, eCampus, or TextbookX activated as Custom Marketplaces? If so, we ask that you switch them to their designated slots. For example, to switch TextbooksRus to its designated slot, log into your FillZ account and go to "Settings" -> "Marketplaces" -> "Configuration for Custom X (TextbooksRus)," remove your account credentials, and save the empty page. Next, go to "Configuration for TextbooksRus" to enter your account credentials and save your settings. Lastly, click "Activate" on the Marketplaces page underneath "Configuration for TextbooksRus". Don't forget to confirm the activation, noting that this process will initiate a purge and replace of your marketplace inventory.

Premium Accounts - All Premium Accounts are entitled to unlimited free customized pricing strategies developed at no cost for the first month, and up to two hours per month of free script changes for each following month.

Marketplace News

Amazon - Amazon announced a policy change concerning the Collectible Books category. Sellers listing in the Collectible Books category will now be limited to those meeting certain requirements. Please click here for more information.

EBay - EBay has announced that handling time and return policy will become mandatory required fields for all listings on June 15th, 2009. Please go to your eBay settings page in FillZ to make sure these fields are filled in!

New Features

Listing on EBay through Half.com - Half.com recently announced the option to display your Half.com listings on eBay. We've had some sellers test the new feature, we've made adjustments, and we're happy to announce that we're now successfully retrieving these orders from eBay!

Play - Purging Play.com is now easier than ever! You no longer need to contact Play for permission; simply click "Purge" in your FillZ account to purge and replace your Play.com inventory.

In Progress

Fulfillment by Amazon - We're pleased to announce that our development team has begun work on our FBA project. We would like to hear from any sellers currently using or seriously interested in using FBA who may want to beta test when we reach that stage of the project.

Amazon Order Confirmation - We are currently working on adding order confirmation through FillZ for Amazon.com, Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.de, Amazon.fr, and Amazon.ca. Please watch your Inbox for an upcoming bulletin including further details.

Are you seeing skipped SKUs in your inventory file import reports? Not sure why?

Check your file for double quotation marks in the title field.

Double quotes will prevent some items from importing successfully. Simply delete them or replace them with single quotation marks to successfully import your inventory.
