Marketplace News
EBay
- As of June 15th, 2009, handling time and return policy are mandatory
required fields for all listings. If you haven't already done so,
please go to your eBay settings page in FillZ to make sure these fields
are filled in! For eBay's announcement, please click here.
New Features
Support for Charge When Ship
- On June 24th we announced that we've added support for Amazon's
Charge When Ship feature. With CWS, Amazon will require that all
sellers confirm the shipment of orders on Amazon after shipping them
out. After a seller opts in for CWS, payment will not be passed to the
seller for an order until the shipment has been confirmed. For details
on how to manage CWS through FillZ, please click here.
CWS will become mandatory for all Amazon sellers on all Amazon websites

TextbooksRus Order Confirmation
- We're very pleased to announce that FillZ now offers order
confirmation for TextbooksRus! Sellers no longer need to go directly to
TextbooksRus to confirm their orders. Simply move your TextbooksRus
orders to "Shipped" and FillZ will send a confirmation to TextbooksRus
for you! **Please note that order confirmation is not available if you
have TextbooksRus activated in a Custom Marketplace slot.

- We're excited to announce that we've added Amazon Seller Feedback to
our competitive pricing data! Do you want to consider Seller Feedback

- We're currently working on adding support for eBay Fixed Price
Listings. We look forward to helping sellers expand beyond their eBay
Stores with features like Global Category Mapping. We'll be announcing
its release when testing has been completed. Keep an eye out for it!

Item notes are a great selling tool but adding them can sometimes be tedious or timely.
The FillZ Note Shortcuts feature allows you to create and save
pre-fabricated notes to use when listing items.

Why does my Marketplace Status say "Purge Recommended"?
When working online and transferring data, there is always a
possibility of the odd file not being processed by a marketplace, which
is why we recommend purging once every 6 months.
A purge will result in FillZ sending a full file to the marketplace,
resulting in the marketplace removing any items that aren't in the
file. The marketplace will also update any listings that have changed
and don't match what is currently being displayed.
