New Features
Alibris Order Confirmations - We have switched over to using Alibris' EDI for confirming orders on their marketplace. This new method of confirming orders will allow Alibris to track any discrepancies with order confirmation. Please note that Alibris order confirmation will no longer happen immediately after moving an order to "In Process" or "Shipped" status in FillZ. Instead, FillZ will generate a file every 30 minutes to export to Alibris. Alibris will process these files at set intervals throughout the day.
Order Folders - You can now add up to 20 extra folders to the "Orders" page in FillZ for sorting your orders! To add more folders, go to Settings -> My Account and select the number of folders that you would like to add from the drop down in the "Order Folders" section. You can also assign custom names to each folder. Each folder will have its own postage page associated with it. Please note that you will still need to move orders to "In Process" status for any marketplaces requiring confirmation when moved to "In Process".

| CS Tip |
I want to request extra charges for an Abebooks order. How do I manage this order in FillZ?
If you are using a third party service that connects to Abe's API, such as FillZ, and want to request extra charges for an order, you will need to do so directly through Abe.
You must not move the order to "In Process" or "Shipped" in FillZ until the order has been totally completed on Abe (you have requested extra shipping, the buyer has approved it, you have processed the order on Abe, and the buyer has been charged).
If you have any questions, please Contact Us.

| Referral Program |
FillZ rewards clients who refer our business to their friends and associates. Here's how it works:
1. You spread the word about FillZ.
2. A new client references your FillZ user name or store name at sign-up. **It is very important for the new seller to use either of these two identifiers.
3. We credit your account in the amount that the new client pays to FillZ after the first full month of chargeable services.
It's that easy!
