How does the 30-day trial period work?

You can try FillZ for free for 30 days. If you decide that FillZ isn't for you, just contact customer support and we'll deactivate your account. You are under no obligation to pay for the time spent on FillZ, should you cancel before 30 days have elapsed. If you stay with FillZ beyond the trial period, you'll receive an invoice for your first 30 days.

Where do I find help if I have a question?

You can consult our User Guide, write to our Customer Support Team at support@fillz.com or click Contact Us at the bottom of any page in your FillZ account. If you subscribe to our Premium or Ultimate Service you can call or email your account manager directly.

What kind of inventory can I list through FillZ?

We support both media and non-media items, like books, movies, music, electronics, and toys.

Do I need to be a registered seller on the sites I manage through FillZ?

Yes. You will need to open seller accounts with any of the marketplaces you wish to sell on via FillZ.

Do I have to pay marketplace fees in addition to FillZ fees?

Yes. You will be required to pay fees directly to all marketplaces you list on as per their individual fee structures, in addition to the monthly fees FillZ charges.

Which marketplaces are supported by FillZ?

Our supported marketplaces are listed on our Partners page. Don't see what you're looking for? We also offer the ability to add a custom marketplace, including your very own site.

Do you I have to pay additional licensing fees for multiple users?

No. FillZ is entirely web-based, which means you can access your FillZ account from anywhere with an internet connection, and multiple employees can access the account at the same time. There are no additional fees for multiple employees or multiple station access.

What are your hours of operation?

Our Customer Support Team is available Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm Pacific Time. Our on call technicians monitor the system 24/7.

Do you offer tutorials to new users?

Yes. We're happy to provide an over-the-telephone tutorial of FillZ to new users who need assistance getting started.

How can I pay my FillZ invoice?

Bills are generated at the beginning of each month for the previous month's service and emailed directly to you. You can pay via American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal.

Does FillZ integrate with any postage solutions?

Yes. We integrate with Endicia, Stamps.com, Best Manifesting, and IBS. Please visit our Partners page for more details.

I use Amazon.com's Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) service. Can I use FillZ?

Yes. We support Amazon.com's Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) service. Please contact our sales department directly for the details.

I have multiple store locations. Can I link each store to a single marketplace account?

Yes. FillZ can aggregate multiple store locations for easy inventory and order management.
